WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?

If you purchase through Etsy or I Am Attitude, please see my policies on those sites.

Any private transactions (ie. through email) are PayPal only at the moment.

WHAT ARE YOU SHIPPING POLICIES?

Shipping is weight and size dependent.

My basic policy is:

Regular Air Mail (7-9 business days, and no tracking) – $15

XpressPost (5-7 business days, and tracking) – $19

Priority (1-2 day shipping, tracking, and $200 insurance) – $45

Please note that any item over $200 is automatically shipped as Priority for the security of the item.

WHAT ARE YOUR REFUND OR EXCHANGE POLICIES?

If you are not completely satisfied with your item, please contact me immediately.

According to Canadian law, I cannot accept returns on items that are worn through the skin, even with an ear tunnel. Please, do not wear the item if you are at any point hesitant. If the item ordered is damaged in transit, or there is a construction flaw, I will exchange the item at no cost to you.

Although I take the utmost care in selecting premium pieces of stone to cut, or high quality faceted stone, I cannot guarantee the integrity of each stone I use as they all react differently to heat, air pressure changes, and other shocks in transit. Please contact me if the stone(s) used in your pieces are fractured or broken when you receive them and I will do my best to repair or replace it.

DO YOU ACCEPT WHOLESALE ORDERS?

Yes. Please use the contact form to inquire on production amounts, timelines, and payment methods.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?

There is a minimum $500 order for wholesale orders only.

If you are intending to purchase as an end-user, there is no minimum order.

DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS?

Currently I am not available for custom orders. Please check my blog for when custom orders will be accepted again.
